The name of this collection is inspired by the popular Vietnamese street food, Pho – a broth that can contain an eclectic variety of ingredients. Likewise the quilts in this collection originate in Viet Nam and come in variety of rich velvet fabrics which are quilted by hand.

These handmade quilts are quite beautiful in their plain and simple way. The quilting itself creates the texture and interest. The quality of the quilting is perfection. They have a contemporary feel, but the concept is an old one.
