Made In Vermont From Tapestries From Around The World
Tapestry is one of the oldest forms of woven textiles. Tapestries are a form of decorative art woven of thick fabric on a jacquard loom, or more traditionally, embroidered by hand. Once called nomadic murals by Le Corbusier, they depict scenes and iconography used for display and as a symbol of authority. ANICHINI's tapestry collection is inspired by traditional designs. Our tapestries are woven in Italy and Turkey and crafted into rugs at our workroom in Vermont.
